We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unopened in the original packaging or never used.

If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. For defective products, return shipping is free ($0.00) and the restocking fee is $0.00.
We accept and will provide a prepaid return label if you contact us within 30 days of placing the order. Whether it’s change of mind, defective items or wrong item ordered, in any scenario as long as it’s within 30 days of receiving your order.

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
